		<description>not sure what you mean....we always try and keep the oil at 350 degrees, so that is a matter of adjusting the regulator, this also goes for if it is windy outside.  watch your thermometer and keep it at 350 and you should be fine. 3-4 minutes per pound.

if this is your first time frying.....add the turkey VERY slow to the oil!!!!! this not only keeps the oil at a constant temp, but it will save you from getting burned and having oil spill all over</description>
