What is the best propane burner to buy?

I have been searching for a propane burner, but there are so many to choose from. Does anyone have any ideas? Should I buy a single burner or a triple burner?

Fireplace currently is wood burning or gas (propane fueled) with key valve in place. It has a log lighter in the actual fireplace. I need to replace or convert the log lighter to accept the propane burner. Thank you.
